Second post from just a few minutes ago. Well, just hear me out :)
Have you ever heard the saying as I just entitled above? Do as I say but not as I do?
Hmphh, people like me do, all the time!
I'm working on my driving license right now. Sadly, I still haven't got passed the L phase. I didn't even go to the practical! The ones you'll be having right after theory class! Allah please help me.
The reason why is 'cause on that day, I was the only candidate applying for D, others were motorcycles and I was like, what? Haiyaa. It's okay. It's not like the world's going to collapse or something if I didn't get the license within a month. Cliche' :>
Back to the story. As abah was driving me home, he asked about I've learned earlier. So I basically tell him, this and that, some stuffs here and there. Then, walah! He just broke one of the driving ethics *which is not really a big issue, UNLESS YOU'RE TAKING A JPJ EXAM!*
And there I was,
Abah! What are you doing? Shouldn't you be putting both your hands on the steering wheels? *9 - 3, 10 - 2 the normal* Oh my goodness! I just told you about that *cutely pouting* :(
Whaaaaat? I didn't do anything wrong that's going to involve any people suing us!
Still. it's one the basic rules. Duhh
You do what I told you to do. Just don't copy what I did. I'm an experienced driver, unlike you.
Yeah, and how does that make us any ways different? Rules are made not to be broken.
... just do as I say, not as I do. You'll get yourself into trouble if you do this. Maybe, 30 years from now you'll be able to do what I'm about to do *grins and started to steer the wheels left*
Ho my, are you going to~ *Yup! He just did!* *Imagine a sharp turn to the left and sudden break! Yes, we're safely in front of the house now.* Allah forgive me but how I wish you were my brother. Smaller, that is so that I can, err, whatever bah.
Heh *smirks and went inside the house, leaving his poor daughter reminiscing why did she took the driving license in the first place*
Some people. They never learn. Or learnt.
So, wish me all my best on my pursuit of happiness! :) *to be an ethical and a good driver, of course*
